Campaign officials are unable at this point to determine the amount raised to date because participating industries and governmental bodies are in the middle of their cam paigns. From all indications sup port is wider spread than in the past, and a successful 1982 cam paign looks achievable. The United Way is a Raeford/ Hoke County effort to collectively support seventeen organizations. By supporting the United Way, one contribution spreads support over many excellent agencies and ser vices. **Time For A Change ** Jamas Pstarkin, Jr. Has Qualifications ?Life Long County Resident ?College Graduate ?Experience in Law Enforcement ?Policeman Institutes ?Deputy Sheriff ?Detective Sgt. ?Business College ?Dedicated to Law Enforcement ?Honesty ?Integrity PAID FOR BY WHO SflffOWS niMM rot suit ffF YOUR VOTE ANO SUPPORT W1U.
