The meet was held at Northern High School Stadium in Durham and was hosted by the Durham Strider Track Club. Miss Horsley placed first in the 100-meter dash with a time of 12.2 seconds, first in the long-jump with a jump of 15'6". and first in the 400-meter dash with a time of 63 seconds.
