continuous service at the Raeford Plant of Burlington Industries. Evans has
worked in the Weavine Department for his entire career at the local plant.
He began as a cloth doffer and is currently a loom overhauler. Evans stated
he had planned to work at the plant for only ahjut a week or so and has
