Randy Scull Makes Eagle Scout Award Randy Scull David Randall Scull, spn of Mr. and Mrs. David Scull, received the rank of Eagle Scout Sunday, November 21st. in a court of honor ceremony held in Raeford Metho dist Church. Julian Butler, scoutmaster did the honors. He was assisted by Tommy Connell, Doug Arno, assistant scout masters and Troop 404. Randy's parents honored him with a reception following the ceremony.
