Hefner, wife of Con gressman Bill Hefner of the 8th District of North Carolina, has been ekcted the 40th President of The Congressional Club in Washington. Her term begins this month and runs through January of 1985. The Congressional Club is a non-partisan, non-political dub established in 1906 for the wives of Members of the United States Senate and House of Represen tatives. The Club was incorporated as a result of an Act of the Sixtieth Congress of the United States and has been self-supporting from the day of its organisation.
