The Community Development Block Grant Program permits a wide range of community revitalization activities to occur within eligible areas. Eligible areas must meet low and moderate in come threshold requirements as specified in program regulations. Eligible activities include; housing rehabilitation through grants and/or loans; development of parks; public facilities (water, sewer, streets, curb, gutters, plan ning, etc.) Hoke County will conduct a Public Hearing, March 21, at 7:00 p.m. in the Courthouse Annex Building, located in Raeford. The purpose of this Hearing is to ob tain citizen input into the iden tification of community develop ment needs and desired community revitalization activities.
