Add water and br ing to a boil; stir in instant onion and cream of chicken flavor soup mixes, curry and apple. Simmer 5 minutes or until chicken is tender. Serve over rice and garnish, if desired, with apple slices, coconut, raisins or chopped peanuts. Makes 1 serving. 'Variation: Use l/? pound tip or round steak, V* inch thick, cut into thin strips. In small skillet, melt butter and brown chicken; add nutmeg and instant cream of mushroom soup mix blended with water. Simmer covered, basting occasionally, 20 minutes or until chicken is tender. TASTY TUNA MELT 1 can (3 Vi oz.) tuna drained and Haked 1 envelope cream of chicken cup a soup Sliced American cheese '/* cup chopped celery 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion ?/i cup boiling water 1 English muffin, halved and toasted In small bowl combine tuna, celery, onion and instant cream of chicken flavor soup mix blended with water.
