Raeford native promotes husband's campaign Raeford native Sarah Jordan, wife of State Senator Bob Jordan, (left) chats with other city and county residents during a tea held at the Hoke County Library. The tea was held for Jordan who was in town promoting her husband's candidacy for the North Carolina Lt. Governor's seat. Nearly 300 residents turned out for the tea. Jordan was in town himself last week. "Hoke County is important to me. I feel like it is home, " he said during an interview. Jordan sees the Lt. Governor as being a leader in the state for better education and more jobs. Jordan also supports a full time Lt. Governor, and sees the job as going beyond the presiding officer's role in the state Senate. MARTI N-SENOUR HOME DECORATOR INTERIOR LATEX Flat Wall Paint ? WashaWe *8 Reg.
