Sealed bids will be received by
the City of Raeford for the sale of
surplus real estate described below
under the following terms and con
ditions:
1. Bids must be submitted to the
City Manager at the City of
Raeford not later than 10:00
o'clock a.m. on April 1, 1985.
2. All bids must be accompanied
by a deposit of cash, cashiers
check, certified check or bid bond
equal to 5% of the amount bid.
3. Bids will be opened April 1,
1985 at 11:00 o'clock a.m. at the
Raeford City Hall.
4. The City reserves the right to
reject any or all bids.
