The event is planned to raise money for the depot restoration and to allow the legislative team another chance to come back from the bruising they received at the hands of the South Carolina Legislative team recently. Tickets will be $2 for adults and $1 for children, and backers are hoping to attract a crowd of over 1 ,000 to support the home team in their first official outing. The Strutters are expected to sport the new "Strut Your Stuffin" Turkey Festival logo on florescent T-shirts, as they try to dribble their way to victory over the wily solons.
