Davis promoted John M. Davis, son of Flossie M. Robinson of Roberts Street, Raeford, has been promoted in the U.S. Army to the rank of private first class. Finin, daughter of Ethel M. Finin of Harmony Heights, Raeford, has arrived for duty with the U.S. Military Com munity Activity Pirmasens, West Germany. Finin, a stock control specialist, was previously assigned at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. She is a 1979 graduate of Hoke County High School. Richardson recieves Air Force promotion Terry J. Richardson, son of Lacy Richardson of Silver Street, Raeford, and nephew of Janie Richardson of Alexandria Avenue, Bronx, New York, has been pro moted in the U.S. Air Force to the rank of senior airman.
