of Raeford WWTP, off of US Busi
ness 401, east of Raeford, North Caro
lina. The facility discharges 3.0 MGD
of treated domestic and industrial
wastewater from one outfall into Rock-
fish Creek, a Class C stream in the
Cape Fear River Basin which has a
7Q10 flow of 49.00 cfs. For some
parameters, the available load capac
ity of the immediate receiving water
may be consumed. This may affect
future water quality based effluent limi
tations for additional dischargers
within this portion of the watershed.
