Anne Harris, to Marshall Scott
Brannan of Morehead City. Brannon
is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Clyde

The bride will graduate in June
1997 from UNCG with a double ma
jor in voice performance and educa
tion. The groom is employed by
Carteret County Schools as a band
teacher in the middle schools.
A December 28 wedding is planned
at the Raeford Presbyterian Church.

Breeden
Carla McNeill and Willie Breeden,
both of Hamlet, announce their en

The bride-elect is the daughter of
Walter and Marian McNeill of Ham
let. She is a graduate of Richmond
Senior High School and is now at
tending Richmond Community Col
lege and is employed at Richmond
Apparel.
The groom-elect is the son of Willie
and Ruby Breeden of Raeford. He is
owner and operator of Breeden’s Bar
ber shop.
Their wedding is planned for Sat
urday, Nov. 30 at 3 p.m. at First Bap
tist Church in Hamlet.

ers in Durham.
The bride gave a breakfast for her
bridal party on August 31 at the
Durham Hilton.
