Yesterday afternoon Mr. William
Taylor died here at the home of Rev,

Yesterday afternoon policeman Al-
derson shot a greyhound owned by
Mr. William Nottingham, at the tat
ter's home on North Harrington street.
Tbe dog had for ten days behaved
rather queerly and had been kept in
the yard. A few days ago he bit Mr.
Nottingham's four-year-old child.
The policeman was sent for and fired
two shots at the dog, the second one
being fatal. The dog when shot was
frothing at the mouth.
