Cleveland, June 10.-A general strike was declared by the electric street rail road this inorning, and not a wheel of the entire system is turning. Eight hun dred men lire on the strike, while two hundred more are out of work by reason of the trouble. The entire system is tied up. President Bryan lias announced that there will be no more conferences with the strikers. A imrty consisting of thirty men ar tho stririved this morning to take the place of the strikers.
