Y.. Sept. 4. A camp where religious services are held con tinuously has been established on Cobb's ilil'l, near this city, by the Holy Hollers. . ' The Holy Tiollers describe, tltem ! elves as a. religious sect. Their name is derived from their habit of rolling on the floor during religious eestacy. The. meeting- attracts crowds; anil many of the visitors becohie greatly excited by the spectacle of fenzy that accompany the services. Miracles are Bald to be performed at the camp. At the conclusion of the rolling a woman in the tiudience arose and an nounced that she would give the last penny she had in the world to the Boilers, and did so. She. had no mon'-y to go home with, and when her attention was drawn to the fact she said that she would trust in the Lord to take her home. The camp has been threatened bv those who have no sympathy with the sect, nnd last, night and today Constables and deputies have been on guard to protect 'the cam) from vio lence. The Ifev.
