This is the first time both honors have been won by the same man. The Highway Surveyors of No. 28 have moved their office from the McClure House to new quarters on Shooting Creek. Supt. Allen J. Bell is busy now days transplanting maple trees in his yard. Evidently Mr. Bell is thinking of the hot summer days in June. and Mrs. S. C.
