Twenty-one members were | Funeral Services Are ! Held For Mrs. Houser Funeral services were held in St. Luke's Episcopal Church in Lincolnton, Tuesday afternoon at 4 o’clock for Mrs. Silas P. Houser of Lincolnton, who died Sunday evening at 8<20 ’« a Lin coln ton Hospital. Mrs. Houser had been in declining health for the past two years, and had been hospitalized for two days, prior to her death at the age of 70. years. She was a native of Cleveland county, and wa boin January 7. 1SS5, a daughter of the late Tames am Jennie Jackson Mill iard. Services were in charge of the Rev. Richard J. Lee of Lincoln ton, assisted by Rev. Ca son, pas tor of the Presbyterian Church in Raleigh. Interment was made in the cemetery of the Church of Our Suvious. Woodside. Her only ornament was a string of pearls, gift from the bridegroom, She carried a prayer book topped with a white orchid showered with baby breath and bridal fern.
