Washington, Oct. 25, Two maga zines at Ibe Proving Grounds at Indian Hoad, twenty-flvo miles below Hie city exploded with a terrible report. The cause of I he explosion Is un known. The two magazines which ex ploded were for heavy ordnance. About thirty thousand pounds of powder, fifty shells and 25.000 rounds for small nt in exploded.
