Governor Aycock today pardoned Mallet andMehegjn, the two business men of Tarboro who were under two'years sentence of imprison ment for conspiracy to defraud. They had served two months of the time. The Supreme Court of the United Btates In September rendered s decision In this case which has been one of market prominence and Interest. Tbe pardon of the two men was recom mended by 117 county officers and by 9 of the grand Jury, which found the bill of Indictment against them.
