The purity and sweetness, the power to afford Immediate relief, the certainty of speedy and permanent cure, the absolute safety and great economy, have made them the standard skin cures and humour remedies of the civilized world. Bathe the affected parts with hot water and Cutlenra Soap, to cleanse the surface of crusts and scales and soften the thickened cuticle. Pry, without hard robbing, and apply Cutlenra Oint ment freely, to allay itching, Irritation and inflammation, and soothe and heal, and, lastly, in the severer forms, take Cuticura Resolvent Fills, to cool and cleanse the blood. New York, March; 12.- At one time today tho bottom seemed to havo drop ped out of the market. In every way prlccB crumbled in a more sensational way than on tlio previous break. Taking the break from about ft ,90 to 970 OA this decline, and we believe leas cotton was sold on the previous docllno. In early dealing May ran from 9.79 to 9.89 and then the break started. Before traders knew what was going on, May was 9.68 After a 10 point reaction, the afternoon brought out more prcssuro and low prices were reached. It will require a lot of buying to get cotton back to pre vlous high prices. An oveiflow mij turn prices up, and people here may.buy on a further break to hold, but each day means nearer spring and the load will Increase. We don't want lo buy cotton and believe In selling August on a'l ral lies at present. The south will plant for the biggest crop ever seen, and this will be a fear argument. We would rather take chances on the short side on every advance toward BJc for the flnan clal situation is not favorable for hnyors at any such prices as we are having now Later In the season ll may turn rut that the crop la moderate and this will mean higher prices, but we can't but help think that cotton, especially August should be sold on all bulges. 0.
