' Ordered by the Board that the salary lUted by JudgeB R Bryan he stricken from the list as the Supreme Court has decided that the salary of the Judge Is not liable for taxation. Ordered that Jane Williams be allowed to list her taxes through her agent Joshua King, she not having been In the county during the month of June. Ordered, that property of Mrs A. o Powell . on Middle street be l educed to 8(00 and property on Graves street to 1800 on account of over valuation.
