gested. Upon motion, contract to copy and

By resolution of the .board, ordinance
Chap. 11, section 181, was changed to
read as follows:

cow, calf, mule, hog, goal, (beep, goose;
chicken or duck sball bi allowed to
roam at large or to ren.aln for the pur
pose of pasturage or to grata upon any
of the streets or open lots or grounds
withlng the corporste limit of the city
of New Bern. It shall be the duty of
the city, Chief of Police tolmpcoad

house door to the highest bidder, after
