The Supreme court todky decided the very Important eaie of the North Carotin Corporation Com mUslon, agalnat the Atlantic Coaat Line R II, involving the power of the Commission to require this railway to make connection with the Southern Railway at Selma by patting on an ex tra train. The auperlor conrt dec'.ded agalnat the commission. The Supreme court reverses this, and holds that the Commission has fall power to compel railways, as public highways, to make connections with other lines, even If an extra train has to be put on to do this.
