It is really -an international exposition,- as every fashion source of America and t'rance contributes its ahare. -Creations from asross the ocean nave (teen copied in helping to provide this rare and artistic collection, noted American milliners are also represented and the rich conceptions from Mrs, Ir vin's work room were never so stylish or attractive. The models are clic and smart looking and embody a great variety of shapes, colorings, designs and trimmings. Hats for every occasion afternoon and evening, church and dress, street and traveling, and. facinating styles in automobile bonnets were seen, Rizh and beautiful picture hats for present and future wear were a feat ure also stylish this season is black and white and ill black effects. Sjme hats were, the exact duplicates of the. most exclusive r itth Avenue styles, at a tenth the cost of the originals An interesting tact is that thse pret ty Spring and Summer hats can be oh tained at reasonable prices. The interior of the store was prettily decorated in white and green symbol izing St. Patrick's day. As the visitors entered a huge arch met their view with the words, "Our' Easter Opening" in white letters; this arch was entwined in flowers and Southern smilacs. Mr. J. J. Baxter had on display a beautiful assortment of Spring and Sum mer goods, and every style of cilk goods for Spring costumes. . TWe window decorations were unique aid approprite for Easter time. A large wheel was formed of rl wers, inthe center of which was an egg made of white cotton, and suspended from this were white reins .attached to ten rah bits which were sitting among fol ia of white Chiffon that fell from tho wheel in a huge oft bow. The reins were held by a beautiful doll standing in the 1 egg. This idea was conceived by Mr Albert Willi, the artistic designer.
