Norfolk, Va., June 30- During a severe wind and electric storm yester day afternoon lightning struck the wire less mast on the battleship Delaware, the only American Dreadnaught, and one man is reported to have been badly hurt. The big ship was loading ammunition preparatory to her departure -from the yard this afternoon. There was almost fifteen hundred pounds of powder and fifty six-inch 'shells on the deck of the ship when the bolt of lightning hit the wireless pole, and had it exploded from sparks-the big vessel might have been bjown to pieces. .
