And' last but not least, you have the rlgtit idea of permanency, no mat ter how email, rather .than cheapness in making your Improvements, which is future -economy. This is all being done onra tax rate of 7!) 2-3 cents on the hundred, which Is 30 and 1-3 cents undjer the average county rate for the State, and should be highly, gratifying to your constit uents. For the further advancement of your County, I would offer the follow ing suggestions, and. set out in detail the result of my audit, r- . Register of Deeds Offiuv Index I find the present Index in- adequet, and would suggest that you Install a loose leaf system of index: several good r ones . are -now ; on the market, such as Burr.
