Baxte'. the bid of J1.427 premium for tbe $50,000 5 per cent bonds was ac cepted. This bid was made by Farson Son & Co. Alderman Baxter next introduced resolutions prohibiting any employe of the city, or member of tbe board of al dermen from paying out money for any purpose unless by order of the board.
