The following cases were disposed of daring the dav : ; -Tjy'SVva, T. M. Thompson and Oscar Patent charged 'with retailing. Both found guilty and sentenced to a terip of I rear and 1 day in prison and to pay fine 61 flOO and the costs of each .p 3. vs,' James Morrisey, charged fwitlr retailing. Defendant plead guilty but owing to the fact that ho was in the last stages of tuberculosis he was discbirgedV' . Ui S.'fVS. Hughey Muse,, charged with retailing. Case continued. In the following cases the defendants! bad beep tried previously during the week. -. AH of them were charged with retailing without government licenses. ' Uhal Parish, senteoceii to serve 1 year and one day in prison and to pay a fine of $109 and the cojts of the caae. Slover Bryan, sentenced to 30 days in prison and to pay a fine of $100 and the coits of the case. Imprisonment sen tence to be suspended upon payment of the fine and costs. Jsmes White, sentenced to serve 1 year and 1 day in prison and to pay a fin of $100 and the costs of the case 4 John Marshall, sentenced to serve 1 year and 1 day in prison aaq to pay a fine of $100 and the costs of the case,; William Jones, sentenced to 60 days ia prison and to pay a fine of $100 and the costs of the caae.
