He is quite a handsome young fellow, and looks in much better health than when brought here in 1881. He says that he was 22 years old last August, and he does' not look a day older, with rosy cheeks and a youthful countenance. He says that his physical health gave way in 1879, and following came men tal troubles. His family was consider ing the idea, he states, of placing him in the asylum months before he killed his sister.
