Collins, , M.D. read a paper, illustrated with diagrams and tables, on the subject of the recently issued Government Report of the Public Inquiry into the cause of the death of four, and injury to live children, vacci nated by the Publio Vaccinator, of Nor- wick, in June last. He said that of nine perfectly healthy children vaccinated by the publio vaccinator, in less than u mouth, four' died of erysipelas, and five were suffering from . constitutional dis ease. Evidence was given to the effect that pure lymph could convey erysip elas; and according to the testimony of one medical man, erysipelas was a nec essary accompaniment of true cow-pox Mr. Baker," barrister-at-law, moved a resolution, "'That the facts and evidenee elicited at the Nor wick Vaccination in quiry, and set forth in the Parliamen tary Return No. 385, Session 1S82, hav ing demonstrated beyond question the clangers inherent in vaccination: "Re solved, that the enforcement of the practice is a tyranny which ought to be resisted by every lawful means."
