We have not space at our command for anything more than a passing notice. It richly merits a more careful and elab orate discussion. As far as we have as certained it fully met a very high ex pectation. It had the characteristics of an exceedingly ardent and affluent in agination, and was delivered with in tense energy. Mr. Long is eminently a rhetorician. There is nothing passive or reserved either in conception or deliv ery.
