E. Eirkman. then to and through A. J. Roach's land to R. B. Nelson's land, thence through Nelson's land to snd through Lafayette Kirkmaa 'a land, then to the point where the Bay Buah cart way joins the Piney Neck road, on Wm. Pate's land to the run of Swift Creek at Bearer Dam crossing, a distanoe of fout miles, more or lees. The consideration of aaid petition was postponed until the April meeting of the board and the clerk directed to give the required notice. The supervisor of roads and bridges of Nd7 6 township submitted his report, which was concurred in by the board and in the build inn of Sw ift creek bridge. J. H. Becton tendered his resignation a inspector, of cord wood and as in spector of naval stores. Accepted as to Inspector 4f cord wood and W. H. Jack son was appointed to fill the vacancy.
