A number of Northern visitors were her. last winter, and with the splendid accommodation that Hotel Albert ran now offer, it is expected many more will be here this winter. Attempt at Burglary. Last night upon th. return of the family of Mr. E. K. Bryan from prayer meeting it was fout4 that some one had entered the bouse in their absence. Before leaving, the doors and windows were left securely fastened, and upon their return the window opening on the back porch was found raised and the back door unlocked- all of the curtains both upstairs and downstairs were pulled down and a lamp was found in the bedroom of Mrs. Bryan lighted and sitting upon tbe rug on the floor. It was evident that the burglar was a careful partr, and wn surprised before commencing op eration, as the family were only away from the house about thirty ri?e min utes. The I adergronnd Rlrer.
