Repair the Wrong. Editor Journal As the office of Treaeurer has been declared vacant and the commissioners will soon appoint a Treasurer, I know of no better man for said omoa than Thomas Daniels. He was tba Democratic candidate for Treasurer some years ago and of oourse was defeated, and hie opponent failing to give bond tba commissioners ap pointed Thoa. J, Latham, a vary excel lent man. But was it Just to Mr. Dan ialsY Now is the time to repair the wrong. Every ona that knows Mr. Daaiele knows that he will ba the right man In the right plaoe. Ha will make a good Treaeurer and will give a good bond. He mad an exoellent Treasurer of the Masonlo Lodge, and also City Treaeurer. The money was always ready and paid on th proper vouoher.
