A resolution favoring the protection and tawing of timber, recommending that farmers should not destroy their forests but should reserve timber auf floient for farm use. resolution recommending that farmers manufscture ss nearly as pos siblssll fertilizers used on their farms A resolution reoommending size for cotton bales, that the weight be about 200 lbs., and that wire be used, for tying the bales. Also that a covering or uni form weight be used in order that there may be no loss arising on account of tare, eto. A resolution condemning the recent increase in the price of fertilizers, it being believed that the cause therefor baa it origin in the foundation of a Fertiliser Trust Combination. A resolution asking the Legislature to pass a law prohibiting the giving away ot convict labor to tbe railroads and other corporations.
