And we must say that we have an idea that His Honor has been very favorably impressed with our city. It was hinted to us that he was even reluctant to leave. We hope that it may be our fortune to have him preside over our court again soon. Little business of general interest was transacted yesterday, The case of James A. Bryan et als vs. Washington Spivey et als came up again. This is what is comaonly known here as the "James City case."
