They are: Walter Q. Gresham, of Illinois, Secre tary of State. John G. Carlisle, of Kentucky, Secre tary of the Treasury. Daniel a. Lainout, of INew lork, Secre tary of War. Wilson S. Bisscll, of Buffalo, Postmas Ceneral. On making these announcements, Mr. Cleveland said: "There is no need of any lystery in regard to the Cabinet, ami it useless to speculate aud indulge in guesswork.
