Twenty Carteret county people coining from points widely separated and reach ing Irom Morehead Jo Turkey Quarter, passed through yesterday morning en route to Florida to spend the winter there fishing. Two more will join them from Wilmington. All but three of them go to Punta Gorda those three go to Tampa. Tney tell U3 they cannot get as high prices for the fish caught there as here but they can work with less interruption and less discomfort . A leading induce ment for the change is the very mild climate of Florida which makes the following of their occupation pleasant at any time. Some oithem were there last season and inform us that during the terribly cold weather that locked nearly every portion of the United States in an icy embrace not a sign of ice formed where they were.
