Ben nett of Norfolk, Virginia. Miss Zwahlen' is attending the University of North Carolina and is a member of the Kappa Delta sorority. She graduated from Charles L. Coon High : School in Wilson. Mr. Bennett finished high school at Granby High in Nor folk and is presently a senior at the University of North Carolina where he will graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Po litical Science in June. Jackson has been named Chairman of Educa tion and Scholarships for the Or phans of Veterans unit. It is the responsibility of this committee to see that the orphans of veterans of the two World Wars are given a helping hand through grade and high schools and when they are ready for higher educa tion to assist them. Charges Filed In Auto Wreck Raeford Dowdy, Baltimore Ne gro, has been charged with reck less driving and personal injury in connection with a Christmas Eve auto accident on Mitchell Lane. Dowdy, his wife, and Catherine Allen, also of Baltimore, were all treated at Memorial Hospital and released following the wreck early Saturday afternoon. Investigating Patrolmen Amos Horne and Gra ham R.
