The wedding will be an event of June. Mrs. J. Edward Kale Honors Granddaughter Miss Jane Kale, daughter of I Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Kale, Jr., was I honored on her thirteenth birth- | day Saturday when her grand- j mother, Mrs. J. E. Kale, Sr. was j hostess at a lovely one o'clock ; luncheon at her home on East Main St. Mrs. Kale invited ner guests twelve young ladles, into the din ing room where they were seated at a beautifully appointed table which carried out in detail a pink and green color scheme. The ta ble was laid with pink lace mats and centered with a silver bowl filled with pink carnations and fern, surrounded by groups of bisque cupids holding pink gypso pheln. Tall silver candelabra holding pink candles and silver compotes filled with pink mints completed the table decorations. A delicious three course lunch eon was served, and made com plete by the beautiful pink birth day cake holding thirteen lighted candles. After the luncheon the guests were invited to the living room where card tables were set up and series of games enjoyed. Prizes were won by MissPs Julia Miller Mary Jane Crowell, Susan Ram seur, Fanny Stutts and Char lotte Shuford. Invited to enjoy Mrs. Kale's hospitality were Misses Fanny Stutts. Home Demonstration Schedule Next Week The North Brook I Home Dem onstration Club will hold their regular monthly meeting, Tues day, February 9th at 2 p.m., at the school lunch room. The Howards Creek Home Dem onstration Club will meet at the school lunch room, Wednesday, February 10th at 2:30 p.m. The Oakgrove Club will hold their regular monthly meeting at the home of Mrs. O. B. Chand ler.
