Thp condition of affairs in Polk county during the past week, which has caused the citizens of this place no end of worry and inconvenience through hindrance to business and the expense in curred by quarantining, should not pass without punishment being meted out to those who are directly responsible for the spreading of the horrible disease which is now prevalent throughout the county.
