Hostesses were the members of the ladies bridge club. The occasion was a treat for their husbands and a going away party for Mr. and Mrs. Charles Page who have moved to Fayetteville. Mr. Page is with the Carolina Telephone and Telegraph Company and was transferred to the Fayetteville of flee; Mrs. Page is a former mem ber of the bridge club. The cake was flanked by red burning tapers in milk glass candle holders. Other refreshments were ice cream, red punch, potaot chips and red candy hearts. After Debbie had opened her gifts, they played bingo, musical chairs and had a twist contest with Mary Lynn Johnson winning the Twist coo test, Tricla r.ornegay and Donna Henderson winning at Bingo and Anna Carter won for musical chairs. At the conclusion of the party, the guests were given favors of balloons, and bags of Valentine candy tied with red ribbon upor their departure.
