leaf producing area will meet in
Goldsboro, February 27. District No.

ector from District No. 5, said a
very informative program has been
planned for this year's annual dis
trict meeting of growers. The meet
ing will be held in the Wayne Cen
ter, corner of Chestnut and George
Streets, Goldsboro, at 2:30 p. m.
Hicks stated that growers will get
first-hand reports on the overall
operation of Stabilization, including
receipts, processing, sales, and
stocks on hand. Attending the meet -
will be L. T. Weeks. General Man
ager, and other representatives of
the Cooperative. Officials from the
State farm organisations, agencies
of the U. S. Department of Agricid
