because of his limitations, an U

special school in Durham. And Fri
day he boarded the bus for his
regular trip home.
No worry, no sweat. This particu

Charlotte. But this tone it was
crowded and the driver transfer
red several passengers, including
the boy, to a second bus - one that
was to make several stops.
The youngester got off in Greens
bark, thinking he was hi Charlotte.
Ha didn't know. He never found eat
where he was. Nobody could know
his silent terror.
Meanwhile, in Charlotte, a frantic
mother could not find her son when
thu regular bus discharged its pas
sengers.
Finally, in desperation, she cal
led the long distance operator. Miss
WILMA BRINSON took the call,
calmed the mother and began mak
ing calls to every bus terminal be
tween Durham and Charlotte.

Paint and brusK are needed laaB

The reason: It's cleaner. Painted
surfaces stay bright longer, because
electric heat adds nothing to the air
except gentle warmth. No more soot]

Saves dollars, too. Less frequent
cleaning, painting and redecorating
means less cost on home maintenance^
