North Carolina, shall be issued, pursuant to The County Finance Act, as amended, in an amount pot exceeding $49,000 far the purpose of refunding a like amount of the principal of valid subsisting bonded indebtedness at said County which was originally incurred before January 1, 1920 for the construction of roads and bridges in said County and is evidenced by the following: $14,600 Refunding Road and Bridge Bonds, dated June 1, 1946, maturing June 1, 1964, $19,000 Refunding Road and Bridge Bonds, dated December 1, 1947, maturing June 1, 1964, $6,000 Refunding Road and Bridge Goods, dated August 1, 194$, maturing February 1, 1964, and $10,000 Refunding Road and Bridge Bonds, dated December 1, 1962, maturing June 1, 1964. 2.
