The <3 acre estate has been sold to Southern Properties Inc., developers of Arnrarhead Beach next to Bandon. The company at the request of the Edenton Chamber of Commer ce donated the scboolhouse to the town provided it be moved. The Edenton Tea Party Chap ter, DAR, has assumed the moving of the building to the Iredell property. W. S. Tarlton, historic sites superintendent of N. C. Depart ment of Archives and History, said, the "building will make ^ a valuable addition to the Ire dell reparation m well a> sav ing a relic of Baadon and will be an appropriate memento of Mr*.
