Smith Community Organizes Scout Troop Tuscarora Council announces the addition of another Scout Troop to its Scout family, Troop 235, Smith Community, Duplin District. Troop 235 is sponsored by the Smith Community Club with Emmett Rogers as institutional representative. The official charter presenta tion took place Monday night. Mr. Larry Kingsley, district Scout executive, was on hand to present the charter.
