Deaths MRS. MOLL IE H. TROTT BCULAVILLE- Mrs. Mollie Hunter Trutt 72. died Monday Funeral services were held at the home Tuesday at 3 p.m. The Rev. Bobby E. Roberts officiated. Burial was in De votional Gardens near Warsaw. Surviving are her husband C. C. Tract; one son. w. James Tract of Beulaville; two daugh ters. Mrs. Zannle M. Cottle of the home and Mrs. Kathleen Whaley of Beulaville; ? four brothers, I.S. Hunter of Lorado, Texas. Willie a of Warsaw, John of Beulaville and Lawson of Richlands; two sisters, Mrs. Pearl Radford of K Inst on and Mrs. Alma whaley of Beula ville; and six grandchildren. JOHN a DeBOSE WALLACE*Funeral services for John DeBose, 50. who died Sunday, were cooducted Tues day at Norman Memorial Chap el at 3 p.m. by the Rev. Hen ry Willis. Burial was in the family cemetery at Rt. 1. I vanhoe. He was a native of Pender County and t member of Shiloh Baptist Church. Surviving are his mother, Mrs. Etha DeBose of Ivan hoe; one daughter. Carol Jane of Little ROCK Ark.; three, brothers, Louis Thomas of ivanhoe and Morris and James DeBose both of Hopewell. Va.; five sisters. M. died Thursday.. Funeral serv ices were held at 3 p. m. Sat urday at Howard and Carter Funeral chapel with the Rev. Andrew Hill. Free Will Baptist miinster of Deep Run. officiat ing Burial was in Pinelawa Memorial Park. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. lima H. King; eight sons, Felex Henry, Vance Perry. Thomas Leslie, Arthur Jr. and Lynwood King, all of Deep Run Donald and Daniel, both of the home and Edward Earl of Al bertson; four daughters, Mrs. Lillie Belle Taylor of Mays ville, Mrs. Cecil Boyette of La Grange, Mrs. Henry Casper of Deep Run and Mrs. Emmett Smith of Kinston, Rt. 4; five sisters, Mrs. Anine K. Harper of Kinston, Rt. 5, Mrs. Sudie K. Smith of Kinston, Rt. 4. Mrs. Plato Heath of Deep Run, Rt. 2. Mrs. Nellie Hill and Mrs. George Mercer, both of Kins ton; and 32 grand children. He was a farmer. YOUTH KILLED IN AUTO WMtCK F ARSON - John Murphy Smith Jr., 18, son of the Rev J. Murphy Smith of Now Bern, died Wednesday from injuries suffered in an auto accident near Marion. Vs.; relatives here learned. The father, now a New Bern with Preebyterian churches here and has held many revi vals in the area. The dead youth was a 1964 graduate of New Bern High School where he was president of the student council and the school's delegate to Boys State. Funeral services were held at 3:90 p. m. Friday at First Presbyterian Church, New Bern, with the Rev. N. C. Mc Queen officiating, assisted by the Rev. Scott Poole and the Rev. Raid Erwin. Burial was in Greenleaf Memorial Part. SOLDIER KIUJEI) NEAR KINSTON Kins ton - Pfc. Cecil Allen Batchelor, 19, of the U. S. Army Medical Corps stationed at Fort Bragg and sod of Wal do Batchelor of Kinstoo and Mrs. Ruth S. Batchelor of Deep Run, was killed in an automobile accident about S p. m. Friday near Jackson's crossroads, south of Kinston. Funeral services were held at 4 p. m. Monday at the cha pel at Howard and Carter Fun eral Home. The Rev. Andrew Hill of Free Will Baptist of Deep Run officiated. Burial followed in Pine view Memorial Park. Surviving in addition to his parents, are three sisters. Funeral services were held at Warsaw Presbyterian Chur ch Tuesday at 3 p. m. by the Rev. Norman Flowers, pastor, assisted by the Rev. Paul Mull of Calvary Baptist Church. Burial was in Devotional Gardens near Warsaw. Miss Gore is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. Wright Gore of Warsaw; one brother, Dallas Gore of War saw; two sisters, Mrs. James L.
