stein and the N. Y. Philhar
monic Orchestra. His name is
worth watching for in the fu
ture as he is climbing the pro
verbial ladder of success.

After an afternoon of fun
playing football, Mrs. Knowles

LEAVE FOR ENGLAND
AND TURKEY
A/C and Mrs. Ervin Martin
and daughter left Thursday
for New York to fly to Lutons,
England where they will visit
for two weeks with her parents.
Mr. and Mrs. William Tjomas.
Airman Martin will then leave
for Turkey where he will serve
a two year tour of duty with
the U. S. Air Force. Mrs. Mar
tin and daughter will join him
when permanent residence has
been established. They had
spent his three weeks leave
with his mother, Mrs. A. J.
Strickland, after arriving here
from California where he had
been stationed for the past
year.
